"Latent Reforge": Comfy Challenge #3 Montage

The winner reveal and the announcement for week #4

It is only week 3 and we have already had our hardest moment as judges. Last week’s theme was An Anime Transformation, and every single submission is magical! We were touched seeing the community dream and shape whatever you want.

And we are more than happy to share the winners of Comfy Challenge #3:

• Creator 伊希尔杜的克星 created a transformation video for a character combined with positive and negative prompts, wearing a sword named “Ksampler”. Very cool, very latent!

• Creator SpaceOperator88 described a magical scene that happened in an ordinary 7/11. A lot of clean details. Congratulations and we extended the prizes for you!

Week #4: “Pose Alchemy”

This week’s challenge invites you to re-render dance performances using the depth/pose videos we’ll provide.

We’ll cut together everyone’s creations into a full dance montage.

So instead of one, we’ll have two winners:

Prizes:

1. 🏆 Loop Dance Video — $100 cash or $200 ComfyUI credits for 1

2. 🏆 Bridge Dance Video — $50 ComfyUI credits for 1

Requirements

• Use the provided depth/pose clips as reference, pick 1 or multiple

• Style, setting, and effects are free & original

• Submission before Sep 15, 7 PM PST

• Format: 1:1 ratio recommended, < 20 seconds

• Please avoid watermarks; keep captions minimal
